During this appointment, you will have the opportunity to meet with one of our team members and share your specific preferences and requirements for your new home. We will then provide you with information on any available homes that meet your criteria and arrange for inspections if necessary.
Step 3
Explore Our Homes
We invite you to visit our properties and meet some of our esteemed residents. Feel free to bring along a family member, support coordinator, or support person to accompany you during the inspection.
Step 4
Seamless Transition
Our team will collaborate closely with your current support team to ensure a seamless transition process.
