What is Community Nursing Care?
Community Nursing Care provides participants with clinical support delivered by Registered or Enrolled
Nurses in their homes or supported accommodation. This may include:
- Wound care and pressure care
- Medication management and administration
- Catheter and continence management
- Subcutaneous injections and insulin support
- PEG feeding and stoma care
- Complex disability-related health needs
We work closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and support coordinators to ensure a holistic and
person-centred care approach.
