Yes. Alpha Community Care is a registered NDIS provider, operating under the NDIS Practice Standards with qualified, verified staff.

Where do you deliver services?

National intake, with local hubs in Docklands (Melbourne) and West Perth.

How do I start a service or make a referral?

Call 1300 380 692, email admin@alphacommunitycare.com.au or complete our referral form. We’ll be in touch to talk through next steps and guide you through intake.

Can someone refer on my behalf?

Yes. Referrals can be made by participants, families or referrers using our referral form, or by calling 1300 380 692 or emailing admin@alphacommunitycare.com.au.
