NDIS Community Nursing in Melbourne

Community nursing under the NDIS can support people at home with things like medication support, wound care and continence — within the scope of our registered community nursing care (0114). Our Docklands hub is here to help with these conversations for Victoria.

What happens after you refer

3. We confirm what can be arranged near you, and when.
4. Only then do we talk through agreements and a start date.
